NPD Overview

Non Profit Dynamics was founded by Joseph Leonard, a marketing entrepreneur and former investment banking and investor relations professional.

In the early 1990's, Joe developed proprietary software for e-marketing to the venture capital and private equity markets. This software formed the basis for VCilitate.com, a web-based service "facilitating" capital formation for lower-middle market companies.

After divesting VCilitate in 2005, Joe adapted his software for the non-profit sector in a new endeavor he named "Non Profit Dynamics. NPD provides it's web marketing services to smaller faith-based, social service and veteran organizations, allowing them to compete more effectively in the marketplace.

Over the course of time, NPD has help dozens of charitable organizations advance their mission with powerful web-based e-marketing tools. In the process, these organizations have raised more than $750,000 through cash donations, sponsorships, advertising, ticket sales, and in-kind donations.
